Our coaching clients often look to us for professional development and leadership development. We have assembled this assessment based on the most common issues they bring to the coaching process.

Evaluate where you stand on the following areas of professional development by selecting the answer that best describes how often the statement is true for you (Never, Sometimes, Always). Be sure to answer all questions. Scoring follows.

If you scored 0-30... You may be doing well in some areas of work and there is a big gap between where you are now and where you could be in many areas. This knowledge provides a great opportunity for professional development. With coaching you can develop a plan for your professional development. Your coach will be the resource that you need to stick to your plan and move forward in your career.

If you scored 31-45... Great! You are most likely a solid performer who has potential for greatness. You may already be aware that you have some stumbling blocks and personal boundaries that you would like to move beyond. Coaching can help you to focus on making more of your strengths and eliminating impediments to your success.

If you scored 46-60... Congratulations! You are a contributor and may be consistently moving forward toward your goals and potential. Coaching for you is about stretching to achieve more than you ever thought possible.
