What is Global Leadership Coaching?

Global Leadership Coaching Programs, designed by Global Coaches Network, are the most powerful programs we know of to develop the leadership potential of global leaders in the context of achieving their organizational goals. These programs provide opportunities for leaders to transform themselves and build their capacity to lead based on the challenges and ambiguous demands of doing business across cultures. These programs are available to individual leaders, leadership teams and organizations.

Coaching programs in general focus on building on the strengths of the leader, minimizing the impact of the less developed areas, and eliminating barriers to achievement. Using the coaching relationship as its foundation, the client and coach use a process of inquiry and discovery to achieve the goals of the client. Coaching is action oriented: clients are accountable to the coach and to themselves to take action between every session.

Global Leadership Coaching includes all of the elements of the coaching programs described above and also provides for the special needs of the global leader including the need for:
