Each global leader must learn to “get out of their own way” to achieve business objectives across cultures. Working with people from unfamiliar cultures demands that the leader put aside preconceptions and assumptions regarding how things are done and why others do what they do. The coach will totally support the leader as he/she moves through the process of expanding their perspectives and applying the learning gained in the challenges inherent in leading globally.

In this program the leader and coach will assess the performance of the leader in the all of the systems in which he/she participates.

The assessment and feedback process across work and personal systems will reveal the strengths and the blind spots of the leader. This program demands that the leader be open to his/her lack of perfection as a human being and willing to develop new ways of working and being to advance as a human being, global leader, and planetary citizen.

  • Personal interviews to determine program goals
  • Assessments including interviews with key people in the business and personal systems
  • Meeting with coach to receive feedback and to determine next steps
  • Strategic plan developed for the following year
  • Coaching to achieve program goals -- 12 months
  • Evaluation
