Global leaders need high yield communication skills that work effectively across cultures. What are the considerations for communicating effectively across cultures?

The purpose of this coaching program is to raise the participant's awareness of ten dimensions of culture including time, relationship with environment, task-being, and high context-low context. It is also for the client to see him/herself as a cultural being who is relating based on his/her values and to see others in the same way. The leaders will then learn to have a conversation revealing cultural differences interfering with the achievement of business objectives to design intercultural working agreements.

The leader will learn to apply the communication skills he/she learned to the global business arena of work through follow-up coaching.
