Personal Leadershipsm Across Cultures:
The Non-Salaried Spouse as Organizational Partner

The purpose of this program is to maximize the capacity of the expatriate spouse to successfully engage geographic and cultural transitions. It is designed in recognition of the crucial role played by the non-salaried spouse on the productivity of the global leader, on that leader's international assignment success, and ultimately on the accomplishment of the organization's business strategy.

Personal Leadershipsm Across Cultures is targeted to the spouse's needs in the moment while addressing the roles and responsibilities she/he necessarily undertakes when accompanying a global leader on international assignment. The relationship between the coach and the spouse provides the foundation for learning and success.
