Global Coaches Network coaches are unique individuals located worldwide possessing a real depth of experience. They are pragmatic business oriented people who are experts at coaching global leaders, their teams, and their spouses and families on international assignment.All have lived and worked outside their home culture. Many have been business leaders themselves and have industry specific experience in many different industries. Others come from a psychological background. They are all familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities of working globally while trying to achieve business objectives. Between them, they can coach in fifteen languages.
All GCN coaches are educated far beyond the basic coaching competencies. The Network trains all coaches rigorously to become “global coaches” and requires them to continually update and expand their competencies. In addition to coach education, and the highly specialized global coach education, many coaches in the GCN have Masters in Business Administration, or PH.Ds in related fields.

Our History and Values
Global Coaches Network was born in 2004 when Barrie Zucal MS, an entrepreneur with twenty-five years experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, global leadership coach, and interculturalists moved forward on her dream to provide coaching for excellence to global organizational leaders who want to bring their best to their work, their teams, and their world. She recruited the best professionals she could find, worldwide, to bring their expertise to work on behalf of global organizations.Fueled by her belief that a strong family and strong family relationships are essential to strong global leaders, Barrie has engaged professionals who can coach spouses, the couple's relationship, and the family.
