We start by meeting with you to listen to what matters to you, what results you want from work with us, what you've tried that has worked, what you've tried that hasn't worked. We ask a lot of questions. Then we:
- Propose coaching services and process for working together to meet objectives.
- A time framed plan to meet or exceed your expectations
- Personalized Assessments and coaching for results for individuals or teams
- Midpoint evaluation and adjustments
- Final Evaluation and next steps
